The Carter Cup Challenge is a team event between the United
States and Ireland.
The competition is similar to the Solomon Cup challenge and is
played between two teams of six players.
It appears that in 2025, the Carter Cup Challenge has been
revitalized to play both GC and AC competitions and no longer
against two teams of 6.
