BENNETT, JOSEPH GARY, 72 of Louisville, passed away at his residence on December 23, 2022.


Gary was a long time member of St. Agnes Catholc Church and also attended St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. 
He graduated grade school from St. Agnes Elementary School and was a graduate of St. Xavier High School. 
He also attended 2 years of college at Bellermine University.


Gary worked for the United States Postal Service as a Letter Carrier for 25 years.


Gary was preceded in death by his father, William James Bennett, his mother, Julia M. Bennett and a brother, Jimmy Bennett.


He is surveved by his loving wife, the former Margaret Thomas and brothers; Frank, William 
and Paul Bennett, 5 nephews, 2 neices and his beloved cat, Benny.


A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Friday, December 30, 2022 
at St. Agnes Catholic Church with interment to immediately follow at Calvary Cemetery. 
Visitation will be from 3-8 PM on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Bosse Funeral Home, 1355 Ellison at Barret Avenue.
