MENZEL, Harold Harold Leonard Menzel, age 82, passed away on 
Thursday, August 18, 2022, in Richardson, Texas. He was born to 
Harold Lewis Menzel and Helen Mary Frey on Wednesday, May 8, 1940, 
in California. 

He is survived by three brothers, Roy Menzel, Keith Hair, and Dennis Hair 
and one sister, Donna Gray. He is predeceased by his wife, Randi Menzel, 
and his brother, William Hair. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Central Congregational 
Church of Dallas, 5600 Royal Lane, Dallas or North Dallas Shared Ministries, 
2875 Merrell Road, Dallas, or any community charitable organization. 

Celebration of Life will be Saturday, August 27, 2022, 2:00pm at Central Congregational Church.

Harold was a avid croquet player in Texas and traveled around the country to
play croquet.  He was a good friend of Bob Chilton of Rockwall, Tx.
I remember Harold visiting Arizona in the 90s to play croquet in the Arizona Open tournaments.
I last played with him on Bob's court just east of Dallas.
