The Arizona Croquet Club is an organization with the purpose to enjoy, promote, and develop the game of croquet in accordance with The Laws of Association Croquet and other rules of the game of croquet as are sanctioned by the Board of Directors from time to time.
The Board of Directors of the Arizona Croquet Club is comprised of 6 elected positions plus the Past President and our club's court owner. The elected positions include the 4 officers of President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary, and two other positions designated as Members At Large. The terms of each position is one year with elections being held during the annual meeting inJune.

Member dues are currently $45 per quarter (as last set by the Board of Directors in 1996).
President:
Prepare agendas for and hold regular board meetings.
Monitor board members activities as open committee chairmen.
Chair one section of AZ Open.Vic President:
Prepare club calendar for board consideration.
Oversee the running of all club tournaments (except Open).
Chair one section of AZ Open.Treasurer:
Collect the receivable of the club.
Pay the club bills.
Prepare yearly accounting of club's finances.
Chair one section of AZ Open.Secretary:
Record all meetings of the club.
Prepare minutes of all board meetings with copies to all board members by following meeting.
Chair one section of AZ Open.At Large Members(2), Court Owner Members, Past President Member:
Chair membership committee.
Chair one section of AZ Open.

Note: Presently our club is operating with a suspension of the rules, since we do not hold annual meetings to review our club activities over the past year nor hold elections of our officers and board of directors.
